Travel to Orlando via the Orlando Florida Airport
Unless you are traveling from a short distance, you probably will arrive in the city via the Orlando Florida Airport better known as the Orlando International Airport Florida. Is this a large airport, a small airport, or what? And what about parking? Here is some info to give you a hand.
First of all, I always enjoy going to the airport because it means I am going on a vacation which is always a fun time. Since I don’t travel for work, vacation is the only time I fly. So I happen to love the airport. But I know those that travel a lot for business don’t really enjoy the airport quite as much.
I actually like to shop at the airport, so I try to arrive early enough to browse the shops before I go on my trip. Weird huh? Did you know they have a dog-themed gift shop there? It’s called Dog-E-Works. Cute stuff in there too. I got a little change purse with dogs all over it last time I was there. I also like the Land Leather shop. I found a wallet in there that is THE softest leather. And it smells so good. Don’t you just love the smell of leather?
There is also a Sea World store, a Disney Store, and a Universal store. Surprise! Those don’t interest me too much because I see them everywhere. Nothing new. For those that don’t live there you may like to browse.
As for parking, remember there is a parking lot A and a parking lot B. Don’t forget. I did that once and spent hours looking for my car in A, when I had actually parked in lot B. They look identical so please write this information down so you won’t forget. If you are leaving Orlando instead of arriving, you can park in the terminal garage parking for around $17.00 a day as of this writing, or you can park in one of the satellite lots for about $10.00 a day.
Enjoy your visit to the Orlando Florida Airport on your next visit to the Central Florida area.
