The Rainforest Cafe is a unique restaurant with decor like an indoor rain forest. It’s a neat experience and worth the fairly high prices just to experience it. There are two locations, one at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and the other at Downtown Disney.

Bubba Gump Shrimp at Universal Orlando. This is a great little seafood place located at Universal City Walk. The atmosphere is family fun, and there is a great menu of tasty seafood. You can do some people watching too, always fun.

Charley’s Steak House is located on Orange Blossom Trail. I’ve been eating here since I was a kid (I won’t mention how long ago that was), and this place is just first rate all the way. You will get the best of the best, first-class aged steaks, fresh seafood, wonderful atmosphere, Awards include top ten steak and top ten seafood in the US. They have a great wine collection too.

Makahiki Luau Dinner Show at Sea World Orlando. Enjoy the traditional music, customs, dance, and cuisine at this fun Polynesian-style restaurant. Can’t go wrong here.

McCormick and Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant at the Mall at Millenia off of Conroy Road, Orlando. You’ll find excellent quality and delicious food here. Fresh seafood is delivered daily and the service is top notch.

TGI Friday’s Front Row Orlando is lots of fun for watching sports and getting a great meal at the same time. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the food is quite good. You’ll find daily specials and lots of big-screen TVs and like-minded folks.

Backyard Boys Barbecue. Don’t miss this one! I eat there every chance I get. THE best barbecue in Orlando as far as I’m concerned. I love this place!

Big Boy. No, this is not fine dining but another place I love to eat. Very friendly service, and you simply must not miss the hot fudge cake. Please don’t! I refer to it as the “best dessert in the universe.”
